One Less Project
It's here:
And it's lovely. Unlike this:
The cape i've mentioned before, that one over there in the sidebar. We've been on non-speaking terms for a while. Ever since the increase sections started to look like this:
I've tried to ignore it (maybe i'm not reading the pattern* properly? Maybe it will look better if I block it? Maybe if I drop the stitches I can weave them back together in a cleaner way?) Nope. The increases are just messy. Too messy. Frog-it messy.
Anyone know what I can do with 9 balls of Jo Sharp Wool?

ok, I am sad that Super BP will be capeless BUT how about a short sleeved cardigan?
I love that the label on this post is 'kaput'. Oh well, we still love you and your dirty laundry :-) It is a pity that your first 'Wrap Style' project has been fraught with disaster tho - I was with you when you bought that book and remember how chuffed you were.
Is this a sad loss? are you bummed? You sound a little bummed. But now you have a whole new project to dream up!
Hmm... 9 balls... is that enough to make a short sleeved sweater? Perhaps? Your new yarn is lovely, though!
Hmm...that reminds me of when I made the Panta headband...I had to try about four different ways of increasing before I found one that disappeared into the pattern. Pain! Definitely make a sweater out of it instead!
Is that the Seasilk in Moss?! Yeah, baby, it's sweet!
Life's too short for knits you're not 100% happy about...after you've frogged, how about a Wicked with the Jo Sharp?
That's freaky Madge! I was just looking at the pattern for wicked. And yep it's moss.
I don't think you'll have any time to pay attention to that cape with that gorgeous seasilk hanging around!
I'm with Madge on the wicked thing. I started to recommend it then I finished reading the comments! ;)
I'm thinking of making it in a color similar to that!
I am sorry that the cape didn't work out. I really hate it when I get totally screwed by a pattern! I hope your next one is ace!
The sea silk looks lovely. As to the nine balls...there is this lovely woman in California who has but a meager stash...
